Check-in begins normally from 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival at the hotel in a timely manner. This will increase the chances of your room being ready upon arrival. We make every effort to have your room ready for you on time. However, we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready on time, even after 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon, unless agreed upon in advance at an additional cost. If your room is not ready when you arrive, you can store your luggage in the luggage room at the reception for free.

Below are the conditions in effect in the event of cancellation.

Conditions if booked directly with the hotel.

Non-refundable rate:In case of cancellation, change of booking or no-show, the cost is equal to the total price of the reservation.
Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 1 day (24 hours)* before arrival.

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. If you cancel within 1 day before arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to the total price of the reservation. If you do not show up, the no-show fee is equal to the cancellation fee.

The deadlines for cancellation are listed in the time zone of the accommodation - Europe/Brussels

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children who stay overnight in the booked number of beds stay for free! ^{(Up to 10 years)}

The use of cots is subject to a surcharge of €12.00 per night, and is possible for children up to 3 years old. You can indicate a cot when booking your room.

An extra bed is possible for €35.00* per day, upon request. This is only possible in our family rooms.

*Surcharges are not automatically included in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.

Pets are welcome subject to a surcharge of €12.00 per night, per pet. You can indicate this when booking your room. 

Please note; pets may not be left alone in the room.
