Booking terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy

Important:
Cancellations can only be made through the company or website where you placed your reservation (for example an external booking platform).

If you booked directly with the hotel, you can easily cancel your reservation via the cancellation link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Below you will find the conditions that apply in case of cancellation.

Conditions for Direct Bookings

Non-refundable rate
In case of cancellation, modification of the reservation or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Flexible rate
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total reservation amount.
In case of no-show, the same charges as for a late cancellation will apply.

All cancellation deadlines are based on the property’s time zone: Europe/Brussels.

For group reservations, specific conditions apply.
