Holiday-flats & Long-stay Rates

Rates and specific conditions for holiday-flats or long-stays are available upon request. Kindly contact our Reservation Department.

Package offers can include á-la-carte dining in our restaurant or brasserie, or can consist of an accommodation with half-board option.

Rates in general include:

• use of water and electricity
• use of kitchen and television rental
• bed and bathroom linen
• daily cleaning
• all taxes and VAT
• free Wifi access

Hotel Koffieboontje also has a limited number of parking spaces available (15.00 EUR/night on week days, 20.00 EUR/night on Friday, Saturday and Holidays).

Cancellation policy

• cancellation of a confirmed reservation : 10% of the total
• cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival : 30% of the total
• cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival : 60 % of the total
• no-show : 100% of total cost
• early departure : 60% of the remaining total, with a minimum cost of 1 night stay
